Coast & Clearing
Charlene began building the products that became Coast & Clearing in late 2013, as a way to destress from a grueling position in corporate accounting. Previous experiences with endometriosis and chronic pain created an additional incentive for her to build a self-care routine that had previously been lacking. With a groundswell of interest and support, she left corporate life in early 2015 to concentrate on C&C full-time. Coast & Clearing focuses on intentional product creation (with careful vegan-friendly sourcing) to help clients carve out time for rejuvenation and a bit of luxury on a budget.

Ward Creative Studios
Keesha Ward, owner and photographer, whose goal is to create an exceptional client experience. As a Life's Milestones photographer, what I truly love is the ability to capture beautiful, intimate moments within the family unit, including both maternity and newborn portraits. In my earlier years as a Lead Infant Teacher in Higher Education, patience, calmness, and joy became centered in my nurturing approach. The best time to photograph your newborn is when they are between 5 days and 2 weeks old. I know that deliveries are unexpected, therefore, we can make a tentative booking around your due date, and once your baby is here, we can arrange a suitable time for your portraits.

Rural Black Doula
As the founder and creator of Rural Black Doula, she values creating space for BIPOC bodies and spirits to feel whole. Rural Black Doula is about seeing those lost and left behind in healthcare deserts. More than 80 percent of the counties across the U.S. lack proper access to adequate health services. It's time we change that.
Helping individuals and families create positive life experiences and outcomes for holistic health brings me joy. I became a doula to promote holistic living for rural women, women of color, queer and trans persons, and diverse families. I prepare individuals, families, and birth parents to make the best-informed decisions in medical spaces and birthing rooms. I support reproductive health education, movement, fertility, pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum, and lactation. My philosophy is to honor your choice, amplify your voice, and support you to feel empowered.
