I’m completing my 200-HR Yoga Instructor Training with Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute. Part of my certification is to offer community group practices that I’ll be leading. What is SomaYoga? SomaYoga is a combination of traditional yoga, breath work, therapeutic yoga, neuromuscular re-education, Ayurveda (the sister science to yoga), and personal development/shadow work. What do I need to bring? High Back Chair Body Towel Pillow or bolster pillow Belt or yoga strap Blanket Yoga mat
