Rooted in the principles of calm, connection, and informed decision-making, this workshop guides participants through the stages of labor, pain management techniques, and the essentials of postpartum care. Drawing inspiration from the olive branch’s symbol of peace and strength, this workshop emphasizes creating a positive and confident birth experience.
Whether you choose the 1-hour Olive Birth: Prep Express for a streamlined overview or the 4-hour Olive Birth: Belly & Beyond for a deeper, hands-on approach, you will be equipped with practical tools, emotional support, and expert guidance every step of the way. "Rooted in Knowledge, Nurtured by Peace—Empower Your Birth with Olive."
Developed by BEST Doula Training, the leading childbirth education certifying body, the Olive Childbirth Education Workshop offers a flexible and inclusive curriculum. Participants will engage in guided meditations, insightful birth videos, and evidence-based practices for both birth and beyond. Each participant will receive a paired course journal, designed to complement the learning experience. The journal includes sections for reflection, note-taking, and personalized birth preference planning to help guide conversations with your OB, Midwife, or Doula.
This class prepares you for both the expected and the unexpected, celebrating all birthing experiences while embracing all bodies and journeys. The Olive Childbirth Education Workshop is here to support you in creating a confident, peaceful birth experience, tailored to your unique path.
